Calling All Artists! An open invitation Please submit your artwork to the Lemonade Stand Gallery for consideration in the 2014 SMALL WORKS EXHIBIT Requirements: Entries may be in any medium, any format – photography, drawings, paintings, sculpture, etc. The show, titled “Small Works”, will have a size requirement of up to 10 inches in any direction. Any artwork exceeding the size requirement will not be accepted for consideration and will forfeit entry fee. This is the finished (framed) size. All entries must be original art, framed and ready for presentation in order to be considered. Artists may submit up to 3 works. Application forms and the processing fee may be delivered to the gallery anytime before June 7th or paid and submitted online at: lettynowak.com/store All entrants not selected will be notified by June 14, 2014. All entered images must be emailed to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and must comply to the listed format: • File format: JPEG only • File dimensions: No smaller than 1920 pixels on the longest side • File resolution: 72 dpi (standard web resolution) • File size: 3 MB maximum • List in email: title, size, medium Each entry must be accompanied by a completed form (below) and a non-refundable $10.00 processing fee per image. Please pay at: lettynowak.com/store or by dropping off at the Lemonade Stand Gallery – 318 Petronia Street, Key West. Lemonade Stand Gallery will not assume responsibility for any unclaimed artwork left at the gallery. Accepted artists are responsible for getting their work to the gallery and if art is shipped, it must include paid return shipping All artwork selected will be available for sale during the exhibition. 50% of the sale will go to the artist and 50% to the Lemonade Stand Gallery (together, artist and gallery will determine price.) The opening receptions will be: Friday, June 27th, from 6 – 9pm and Saturday, June 28th from 12 – 3 pm The show will be on exhibit at the Lemonade Stand from June 27th - July 12th. |
